DJUR
Typeface · Typography
A self-directed, hand-drawn display typeface inspired by animal figures.
DJUR started as a self-directed project: an expressive display typeface with a clear conceptual hook that still holds up as something usable. Each letterform was drawn by hand, inspired by animal figures, and iterated to balance personality against a consistent system, then extended across products, print, and a full specimen. The result is an original hand-drawn display face with a distinct character — a project that works through type-design fundamentals from the initial concept all the way to a coherent, applied character set.
